Toussaint Jordan

Toussaint is a dynamic marketing consultant with 11 years of experience in marketing and a deep understanding of beauty trends, skin biology, ingredient technologies, and science-based storytelling, she helps businesses bring clarity and creativity to their marketing.

She has pioneered regional marketing strategy for cosmetic ingredient manufacturers and led product innovation and brand strategy at global leaders including L’Oréal, Edgewell, and Henkel. Over the course of her career, she has launched more than 20 beauty products and established herself as both a creative marketer and an effective science communicator.

Her expertise extends beyond corporate roles. She has served as a CEW Ingredient Award Judge and has been invited as a guest lecturer at 5 universities. In addition, Toussaint holds a coaching certificate from iPEC, equipping her with tools to guide and empower others through challenges in both business and personal growth.
